Case (1) (2): Submit at Immigration Department of the Ministry of Public Security.
Case (3) (4): Submit at Division of Immigration Administration of Public Security in the province, cities under the jurisdiction of the central government.

Signifinaces:
- Working time from Monday to Friday (except for public holidays, holidays).
- In an valid dossier situation, the immigration authority shall be guide you through completing documents, and will not receive the dossiers until their sufficiency.
- Time that considers granting the permanent residence status does not exceed 6 months.
Step 3[2]: Receiving a permanent residence card
After getting a notification from the Public Security in the province, cities under the jurisdiction of the central government, you have 3 months to receive the permanent residence card.
Note[3]: The fee is USD 100 /card
